Frequently asked questions
Is the price shown what I will pay?
It is the most you will pay. It uses the official fare over the shortest route, as the taxi regulations require. If the meter shows less on arrival, you pay the meter. Only waiting time or a stop you ask for on the way is added. From CHF 120, the price shown is rounded to the nearest CHF 5: it is then indicative and the meter applies.
How can I pay?
Cash, credit card or TWINT. We also accept TMRL and EVAM vouchers, and monthly invoicing for business customers.

Yes. Choose “Schedule for later” in the booking form, or call +41 21 646 11 11, 24/7.
Luggage, pets, child seat?
Luggage: CHF 1.00 per 30 kg, first 10 kg free. Dog, pushchair or skis: CHF 1.00. Child seat: CHF 25.00, booster from the 2nd seat: CHF 5.00. Let us know when you book.
Do I get a receipt?
Always. It shows the date, time, pick-up, drop-off, price and driver.
